Upon opening day of business the official terms and conditions list will be posted.
Terms and conditions:
- You have the ability to withdraw and cancel services just as we do. You can make financial transactions with the expectation of having a quality service or item in return. We can choose not to make a sale if needed and if it is decided by management.
- There will be times when the website will be down for maintenance. If you have an issue during those hours and you are in need of assistance contact us on our social media pages (Instagram messages or Facebook). There should be an expected leniency for down time on website due to us updating and trying to give you the best possible products and services we can.
- No one is allowed to use our symbol, title, or slogans for their own personal gain or to promote their own businesses. If a partnership is established the terms will be discussed in an meeting. If you have a specific request or reason please contact us BEFORE using our name or logo.
- There will be no unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or spam accepted. We are an equal rights advocate and everyone will be treated with respect. Everyone should be equal before the law. There will be no bias and no judgement based on race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sex, gender identity, or disability.
- Disabling user accounts or blocking emails of repeated offenders is within our rights. We will send up to 2 warnings and afterwards you will receive an email of rejection of services. We do not expect to have to use this privilege but in case of emergencies it is a contingency to protect the well being of our staff and other customers.
Return and Refund Policy
This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase (i.e. number of days)
- State of return: If you are returning an item in a broken condition (Smashed, cracked, ripped) terms can be negotiated with our team.
- There does not need to be a disclosed reason for return of item (e.g. damaged or wrong product). We will work with you no matter what to find the right item for you!
- Process for return:
1. Contact us over email
2. Ship us the product back to our shipping address (The shipping date has to be within the 30 day limit)
3. Upon receiving the package we will send an email of completion and refund the money to your card.
- Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
1. Within the email conversation please state whether you would like it refunded to the card you used to purchase or not. DO NOT share your credit card information over email. We will never ask for it. That is for the safety of the customer. We will give you a phone call in case of other card use.
